A note from us

We are a lovely bunch, but we will always do what’s needed to protect our team and our business. Thank you for respecting the following.

Respect & Salon Environment

Our team deserves to be treated with respect at all times. If any member of our team feels uncomfortable, you may be asked to leave the salon. Security services may be called if required.

Deposits & Bookings

New clients are required to pay a 50% deposit when booking. This must be paid via card or cash before your appointment is secured.

If you are unable to attend, your deposit is non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens — if you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to your next appointment.

You will receive confirmation messages when your booking is made, as well as reminders 48 and 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancellations & No Shows

We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your appointment.

Missed appointments have a significant impact on our business. If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us, your deposit will be forfeited and you may not be able to book future appointments with us.

To cancel or reschedule, please call the salon on 9437 4762 and leave a message if needed.
All messages are time-stamped.

Please note:
We do not accept Facebook or Instagram messages for appointment changes or cancellations.

Hair Preparation

Please arrive with clean hair. It is unhygienic for our team to work on unclean hair and it may affect your results.

Hair should be washed within a maximum of 2 days prior to your appointment. Shampoo should be used.

For children and teens, please ensure hair is clean, lice-free and detangled.
If additional time is required for washing or detangling, this may incur extra charges and may impact our ability to complete your booked service.

 

Consultations

For more complex services such as colour transformations, colour corrections, extensions, perming or chemical straightening, a consultation is required prior to booking.

Consultations are chargeable but fully redeemable when you proceed with your service.

 

Service Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know as soon as possible.

We allow a 7-day window for concerns to be raised. We will always assess reasonable and valid complaints and work with you to find a solution.

We will not respond to threats involving social media, consumer affairs or legal action.

 

Social Media

By attending your appointment, you agree that we may take photos or videos of your hair (before and after) for promotional and marketing purposes.

If you prefer not to be included, please let us know prior to your appointment.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for services in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind

  • Finding the service cheaper elsewhere

  • Deciding you no longer like the result

  • Misuse of products, colour or styling (including not following aftercare advice)

  • Requesting a service against professional advice

  • Damage caused by a third party after your appointment
